General Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with Codexa's services. If you decide that our platform is not the right fit for your business, we offer a refund based on the criteria outlined below.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Depending on the timing of your cancellation, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund:

  • Monthly Plans: Cancellations made within the first 7 days of the billing cycle may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Annual Plans: Cancellations made within the first 30 days of the subscription start date may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain fees and services are non-refundable once processed:

  • Setup and onboarding fees
  • Customized development services
  • Usage-based charges incurred during the active period

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our billing department at billing@codexa.com. Please include your account name, subscription ID, and the reason for your request.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used.
